How do I levitate using just the power of the mind?
First of all, not everybody can do that, it depends on your mind power.
Brain wave can be understood as the 5th force besides electromagnetic, strong & weak nuclear, and gravitational forces. It is not EM wave but it will manipulate as very weak EM disturbance originates from the brain.
The levitation process can be explained in term of the relative space-time curvature between the person and his environment. The true physics understanding of interaction between brain wave and the other four forces is still in development.
Normally the space-time disturbace is very small and it manipulates as phenomenon as object levitation and object bending. It will normally reverses to its original state at the end of meditation. That is why a bending spoon will straighten back.
Some rare practitioners are able to make the space-time curvature so great until they disappear at the point at the time. This is the time travel that we always heard of.
For you, first, sit on the floor, place the object 3 meters in front of your eyes, it must be perpendicular to the eyeballs (within 0.7 degree, arctan 5/300), fix your eyes on it.
If you are begineer, you should try in an empty room (about 400 square meter), and the noise level must be below -30dB. To avoid any disturbance, you better lock your room, and your house as well.
Try to imagine the object is floating, but don't close your eyes. If you have difficulty to concentrate, try to concentrate on your breathing, imagine the object lifted up when you breath in, and the object fall down when you breath out.
You should not wear any cloth because it will hinder the transmission of very weak brain wave. Cloth or other things many change the electromagnetic dipole of your body.
Normally the dipole is randomly orientated, by staying still and concentrating, it will arrange in perfect field pattern and the field strength will increase over time. I=Io x exp(at) as you can see, it will increase exponentially over time, providing your concentration is consistent.
The best object to start will is metal, especially a 20-cm knife, placing its front downward, because the body dipole is most easily to allign with it.
Most people do not have this abiity because they don't practice, as first, it just like speaking and listening chinese for western people. The first time i practiced this, it takes me about 39 hours. Now i can do that in 2 hours with a key.
