Levitation is not possible, but certain geographical locations and machines can seemingly produce the effect. I doubt you have access to these resources.

This is possible by working with the law of gravity to deflect it's effects.. I have heard of this being possible at certain locations on the earth, where a natural phenomenon occurs.. also, I've heard of some yoga masters who are able to achieve this through their mental focus. also, there are technologies where this can be achieved through anti-gravity.. this knowledge is not yet in the mainstream understanding.

Here's how you levitate, David Blaine style.

Put your feet together and lift one slightly off the ground. Lean forward on the other foot so that you're resting on the balls of your feet. From an angle where people can't see the front of the foot still on the ground, it looks like you're an inch or so in the air. That's how they do it. I don't know how Criss Angel does it, probably something similar, since it's just a trick.
